Assalamu Alaikum,
Dear folks, Here I have two links. One is an Excerpt from Master of the Jinn: A Sufi Novel by Irving Karchmar. Second is the author’s comments on his own past. It’s an example of Allah transforming lives.
We didn’t have the knowledge of Allah by birth. Everyone had a period of darkness. It is Allah, out of His Mercy, who shows us the way. If a prayer comes to mind seeking the help of Allah in attaining Himself, that in itself is a sign that Allah is looking towards us.
Ya Allah, guard us firmly in Your Path.
Irving Bhai, May Allah give us Isthiqamath.
Love,
Abdul Muneer.

Salaam Alaikum Dear Abdul Bhai:
May Allah bless you for the kindness and generosity you have shown this unworthy darvish. I was surprised to find links to Master of the Jinn and my tagged post, and thank you sincerely for your prayers and kind thoughts.
Ya Haqq!
