Al Fathiha

Assalamu Alaikum,

Usually the first meaningful word uttered by a baby will be a word which means mother in local language. Who teaches the baby to call his mother “mumm..”? Mother herself, right?

(How else will the baby know how to call his mother!!)

So the very word “mumm” (mummy, ma, ummi, umma .. whatever) that is meant to be spoken by baby to his mother is actually a word spoken by the mother to her baby.

Dear friends, isn’t it the same with the opening chapter of Qur’an, Al-Fathiha ?

Allah teaches us the best way to speak to Him.

Pray for me.

Love,

Abdul Muneer

  4. Because of your this writing and some other one also on the Fatiha, I recently while reciting the Fatiha recited it with such devotion and feelings that I really felt blessed. Very blissful. ( and it was done consciously) otherwise you are just saying the Fatiha but that times it was said differently with 100% more of emotions.

And since I remembered you and your writings on those ocassions may Allah bless you with the same.

Thank you and warm regards, :-)
